As a new hotel format, boutique hotel has become a new economic growth pointin the hotel industry. With its increasingly prominent advantages, boutique hotel hasbecome more and more popular in the high-income and high-taste people whichbrings a huge challenge to the traditional star hotels. However academic discussionabout boutique hotel is still in its infancy. There is no unified definition on boutiquehotel and no comprehensive study on its future development and business strategy. Ithas not formed a theory system. Especially domestic boutique hotel research, it is stillin the early stage both in theory and practice.This article used literature research and comparative study and combinedresearch and development history of the boutique hotel home and abroad. It gage adefinition to boutique hotel and summarized its features. And then it discussed thedevelopment status of Inzone Group and analyzed the development and managementenvironment of Inzone boutique hotel with SWOT analysis, which pointed out thestrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Inzone Group developing boutiquehotel.Through analysis, Inzone boutique hotel should be distinguished from otherbrands in green, fashion, simple, comfortable and safe environment, and it will takefull advantage of high-tech information technology to support facilities. Its targetmarket is the mid-business, leisure FIT markets and small business meetings market.Its target customers are mid employees in modern enterprises, stylish travelers andsmall business meeting groups. In product design, in addition to the core product ofrooms, it should also improve the quality of food and beverage and provide customerswith personalized service as well. In the marketing channels, it can establish its ownwebsite and link with the well-known sites such as domestic Ctrip, elong andoverseas Marriott, Best Western, etc. to expand its online visibility and sales.This article took Inzone boutique hotel building as an example and proposed astrategy system and implementation plan to build a boutique hotel. From the designconcept and positioning, organization building, service design to the marketingstrategy, brand strategy and brand expansion, it put forward a series of practical programs and initiatives. It objectively analyzed the social and economic impacts afterthe completion of Inzone boutique hotel and would provide a systematic theoreticalbasis and practical experience for other insiders.
