The Mechanism Evaluation Of Postal Services

Postal industry is an important part of modern service industry,on one hand,postal service plays an important role in promoting economic and social development by using its basic resources(roads,routes and transport and so on).On the other hand,along with the development of economy and society,the consumers' demand on the service postal sector becomes higher than before.So how to provide consumers with a more equitable and diversified universal service express delivery service has become an important topic while developing our postal industry.On the basis of reading a lot of literature materials on the postal services industry supply,combined with the real situation of postal services supply and using a variety of research methods,this paper mainly concentrated on the mechanism research of China postal service supply,and could be embodied in the following aspects:First,this paper discussed and analyzed the global theory of public goods,the mechanism of postal service supply,and theory of virtual corporation.And mainly argues that the nature postal service can be divided into universal postal service of public goods and competitive postal service-courier services of private goods,according to the services provided by the postal industry.Then,described the postal service mechanism from four sectors:main supply,supply content,supply mode and the supply regulation.Second,this paper discussed the mechanism evaluation of postal services for the supply of services and pointing out that there are some problems in the supply of defective postal services industry.And then provides a direction of the mechanism reform for the mechanism of the postal service supply,by describing the postal services industry cooperation of between USA and UK,Japan Post and FedEx international cooperation in the supply of postal services.Finally,the discussed the supply optimization of postal services respectively,from improving the efficiency of our fair-based universal postal service,optimizing the effective competition based courier services and perfection of supplying based on the mutual benefit and double win strategy.Through which,to optimize our supply mechanism of our postal service.
