Research On The Theory Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Supply Chain

Since 60' years, the situation on which enterprise lived have changed completely, high-tech and information technique advancing rapidly, market competition becoming more violently, the demand of customers appearing variously and individually. In this case, some new organize pattern, such as supply chain, virtual enterprise and so on, have emerged and appeared strongly.In the former of this paper, the history, meanings, character and operation style of supply chain and virtual enterprise have been introduced respectively. As the base of theory, they will help the description and analysis of the latter section.In the second and third chapter, a whole contrast and analysis has been undertaken through the establishment procedure, choice of partner, venture organism and the soft of management between supply chain and virtual enterprise. Based on above study, we present a model of virtual enterprise on supply chain.In the fourth chapter of this paper, through the study of the character of virtual enterprise, we build a self-organize model of virtual enterprise on supply chain. Taking the self-organize methodology as the theory instruction, the virtual enterprise on supply chain can face the instantaneous market with high-agility. Meanwhile, ANN, with self-adjust, self-organize, strong study ability and mass parallel calculate ability, is fit for the virtual enterprise on supply chain which based on self-organize model. So we introduced the arithmetic and account it by a case.
