Textile industry is one of the more traditional pillar industries in China, and it is obviously labor-intensive industry. In the process of industrialization and the third strategic goal, the textile industry still plays a decisive role, not only to expand employment, to solve the basic problems of society, but also to maintain the rapid and coordinated development of the national economy.But in the modern economic situation, the international economic integration,the textile industry is also facing a lot of difficult problems. First of all, China's textile production equipment behind the lack of product brand and platform innovation, low value-added products. China's textile industry is a big country, but not textile power, backward technology led to China's textile products can only be the basic product, no high value-added brand; Second, the textile industry management personnel and technical personnel are lack of systematic management training, no strategy Business philosophy. Finally, the textile industry is seriously polluted, the product can not be degraded, can not be degraded after pollution,pollution of soil and air.This paper chooses X company as the research object, first analyzes the performance of X company under the comprehensive evaluation of financial performance, and uses the financial indicators to score, analyzes the business performance of X company in 2011 and the place of improvement.
