Enterprise employee is the basic composition unit of enterprise,their personalized learning behavior is an important channel access to absorb external knowledge for enterprise.Modern information technology created the pattern-diversity network environment,to provide a wide-variety choices for employees.But as limited rational individuals,because enterprise employee is limited by various factors,their personalized learning is difficult to keep high efficiency.And how to use limited resources for enterprise to foster employee ability of autonomous learning, motivate employee personalized learning behavior decisions,Improve staff personalized learning efficiency,is the key problem solved by enterprise and employee based on network platform.This paper starts from individual employee,researchs on the common features of enterprise employee's individual personalized learning behavior process,builds employee individual learning behavior decision model and personalized learning strategy selection model based on the restricted condition.Simulating employee's decision-making model and knowledge acquisition absorption process,finds the influence of enterprise situation on individualized learning of employees to help employees to establish more accurately appropriate knowledge learning strategies based on personal preferences and business needs,but also help enterprises to take appropriate management measures in limited conditions to encourage employees to conduct personalized learning behavior and improve the overall learning ability and knowledge level,in order to meet the future development needs of enterprises.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Applying the Theory of Plan Behavior refines the influencing factors of individualized learning behavior of employees.And to analyze the mechanism of learning behavior in the process of individualized learning behavior of employees.Through the analysis, it is found that the personalized learning behavior of the employees based on the network environment is driven by the enterprise situation and then seek the solution from the network platform.(2)According to the theory description of individualized learning behavior, the three main interaction model of enterprise environment,network environment and staff is constructed,the individual employee's personalized learning process is broken down into employee learning behavior decision-making stage and knowledge acquisition and absorption stage,and use the relevant theory to construct the two-stage mathematical model;(3)This paper simulates two-stage simulation model based on Agent Simulation Platform,verifies and explores the employees' personalized learning factors and behavioral laws.Through the comparison, it is found that the individualized learning of employees is influenced by the enterprise situation factors.Enterprise can move through appropriate management initiatives and reasonable mobilization of resources to guide employees' individualized learning behavior to improve employees' personalized learning efficiency, significantly enhance the level of staff knowledge.
