Since the reform and opening up, the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)of our country, which is growing quickly, make great contributions to the country's economic and social development. However, the SMEs are the disadvantaged group in the market economic system. Most of the SMEs not only need to face the increasingly fierce global market competition, also face with difficulties like small scale, less resources,short life cycle,etc. One of the main reasons for this situation is not enough attention to the operating management innovation, especially the innovation of organizational structure. Organization structure of the SMEs need timely adjustment and find the most suitable organization structure of self-development, according to the market change and the different development stage of enterprise. And, only constantly innovating along with the change of enterprises' development strategy can realize promoting of the core competence and sustainable development. Therefore, the study on organization structure innovation of the SMEs is imperative.The paper mainly uses two methods that are literature analysis and case analysis.Through straightening out existing literature to find out the breakthrough point of the study, finally confirming the organization structure innovation of the SMEs is the study object. The main thought is exploring the common problems of the organization structure innovation of the SMEs, by the research of Liaoning DY Company. The main content of the paper includes four parts: first, expounding the theoretical basis of the study, the definition of the small and medium-sized enterprises, the organization structure innovation theory and the organizational theory of enterprises; Second,analyzing the present situation of Liaoning DY Company's organizational structure,including problems and causes, expounding the necessity of organizational innovation;Third, taking Liaoning DY Company as an example, elaborating the opportunities and challenges which our country's SMEs need to face; Finally, the author tries to combine the theory and practice, and puts forward the strategy of how to improve the organizational structure of Liaoning DY company.Through the study of Liaoning DY company,we can see that the organizational structure innovation is very important,this is not only beneficial to increase the life cycle of the SMEs, and also to improve the core competitiveness. Due to the limited capacity of the author, there are still a lot of shortcomings, but in the future research, the author must redouble their efforts to strengthen the comprehensive application of various research methods to further improve the research results of persuasion.
