Studies On The Organization Structure Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On The Networked Manufacturing Pattern

The rapid development and wide application of the network technology in the 21^st century, not only brings about changes in producing patterns for factories and living style for people, but also causes alterations in business patterns of manufacturing enterprises with a result of even wider manufacturing and sailing scope. The network manufacturing patterns(NMP), which came into being under network economy, is the advanced concept used widely in practice and the sophisticated patterns in manufacturing based on network technology. This manufacturing pattern has brought about both challenges and opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) accounted for 99% in our country. It enables SMEs to work together with its counterpart home and abroad in the field of designing, manufacturing, supplying and processing management. It also helps those enterprises get over obstacles existed in time and distance in its development and make cooperation realized, resources of knowledge, intelligence and manufacture shared with its partners abroad so that they can survive in the severe market competitiveness with even faster response to the market demand and core competition much more reinforced.It has become an urgent problem to be solved as how to take advantage of the opportunity and how to react to great challenges from every aspects for SMEs. Since the network manufacturing pattern(NMP)will be the most advanced manufacturing one in the 21^st century and will be the key means for SMEs to enhance its core competition, the article, firstly, makes an analysis into its present condition and its market environment, gives a brief introduction to the main problems existed in management that SMEs are being faced with nowadays. Secondly, it gives the concept, characteristics and advantages to the NMP. It makes a talk focusing on the SMEs about the system of NMP based on ASP. Also it comes up with a style of dynamic alliance through which the SMEs are capable of reinforcing its competitiveness. Thirdly, it analyses the designing of the theory of traditional organization structure and that of the present by comparison. And it studies the dynamic designing principles and methods on the organization structure based on NMP. Fourthly, it putts forward the flexible organization structure based on the operation flow that fits for the development of SMEs under NMP; . And it also makes an analysis and study on how to guarantee the flexible organization structure succeeds in practice.
