The circular economy is a pattern of SD (Sustainable Develipment) promoting unisonous progress of resources, economy, environment, and society; it concerned with the use of cleanly production technology, compostive and impactful utilization of resources and change of rubbish into useful material in order to attain the obiective of tenet- "reduce, reuse and recycle".Coal company is the delegate of resource-based company. For a long term, the conventional model of mining and expioiting resource with the features of "highly exploitation, highly prodigality and inefficient utilization", not only bring about serious prodigality of resources and shatter to environment, but also is not able to meet the needs of economic growth further and limit the SD of coal firms. So how to take the development mad of resource thrift and intensives is a tactic mission. Transforming the growth model of economy and developing circular economy are an certain selection for coal company to seek after a new-style industrialized road. Therefore, based on the relative theories, this dissertation analyzes the system structure of coal mining area circular economy and status quo of ecological environment respectively. Also Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Analysis of Hierarchy Processing (AHP) and entropy weight coefficient are employed to set up an comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of coal mining area circular economy development, and presents the illustration of the typical coal mining area. Last, it is suggested that advisable national policies, laws, specific measures should be stipulated for circular economy in coal mining area.
