Comparative Study Of Measure Chinese New Four Modernizations Integration Development Level

Under the synchronization of the "four modernizations" development concept,the "13th Five-Year Plan" planning further emphasizes the integration of new urbanization,industrialization,information,modernization of agriculture development.In this context,the research in various areas of China "new four modernizations integration development level,has important significance to the correct understanding of the current situation and development trend of C hina's" new four modernizations "of each subsystem,the integration of the development of the current development level.O n the other hand,because of the concept of simultaneous development of "new four modernizations" in our country,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study of "New Four",which is of great significance to make up the shortage of relevant research literature.In terms of theory,this paper introduces the connotation of the concept of "new four modernizations" each subsystem,expounds the theoretical basis of the development of the "four modernizations" fusion,and analyzes the interaction mechanism of the new urbanization,industrialization,information and agricultural modernization,which in theory to prove the necessity of the "four modernizations" synchronous development.In empirical aspect,according to the selecting principle of index system and each subsystem "new four modernizations" concept,such as urbanization,industrialization,information and agricultural modernization,38 secondary indicators,are constructed.Then the principal component analysis(PCA)are used to establish the "new four modernizations" in various areas of each subsystem development index,and constructed the alignment and integration development model based on coefficient of deviation,and made a hierarchy.Finally,we select the data of 31 provinces and cities in C hina from 2005 to 2015,analyze the present situation and the evolution of process "new four modernizations" subsystem development level,and the comprehensive development level,and the degree of integration of each subsystem,the status quo of the integration development,draws the following conclusions:From the development index point of view,our new urbanization is now in the late stages of development,agricultural modernization is in the middle stage of development,and information is in the initial stage of rapid development,the comprehensive development level of the new four modernizations in the middle stage of development.The “new four modernizations "of each subsystem continues to improve,but the unbalanced,uncoordinated and asynchronous problems in the development of each subsystem is outstanding.Although the "four modernizations" alignment is higher,it is still a relatively low level of integration.The level of integration and development of all regions in C hina has been increasing,and it is developing to a higher level of integration and development.Although C hina's current development level of regional "new four modernizations" has unbalanced,uncoordinated problems,the central and western regions are pursuing,and the regional differences are likely to narrow in the future.Finally,based on the above conclusions,we put forward some policy recommendations.
