In recent years, the abandonment of rural land and the loss of labor force have become new changes in the background of China's rural transformation. This raises a question, "who farming" . Land circulation has become the most effective way, which researches related to the optimal allocation of rural land resources, related to the smooth solution of the "three rural" problems. Therefore, taking Ningwu County as example and administrative village as a unit, the paper analysis of the characteristics and problems of cultivated land circulation. By using ways of 3S technology, SPSS mathematical statistics, model simulation and other methods, the paper carries on the spatial analysis of the influencing factors of cultivated land circulation, including the topographic factors, the main road, the urban and the mineral resources development and forecasts the area of cultivated land circulation in rural areas through constructing multiple linear regression model. This has a certain theoretical and practical significance, and provide the basis for the formulation of rural land circulation policy.(1) Mountain cultivated land circulation level is still in the lower stage, showing the following characteristics: circulation begin to take shape, and tend to regular development; the main circulation form is subcontracting and the main body of new management is large grain growers. Meanwhile there are many problems: the distribution of cultivated land is too scattered; some households have a single household income source and rely on farming for a living; transferee lack of "new thinking" of grain planting mode, limited to the capital, technology, sales and other aspects of the big trouble, lack of"sense of organization" between the main body. In addition, a single circulation way, policy advocacy is not enough. A series of problems lead to the existence of stagnation or regression development of the hidden dangers.(2) Topographic factors are closely related to cultivated land circulation in mountainous areas. The greater the slope is, the lower the rate of cultivated land circulation. The average slope of the cultivated land is?6°, the highest rate of cultivated land circulation; The region of between 6?15° slope , the circulation area is the largest, taking this as the boundary, followed by ?6°and ?15°area decreasing; the higher the elevation is, the lower the rate of cultivated land circulation. The region of elevations ?1400 m, the circulation rate is the highest; the distribution area and the circulation of cultivated land area were the largest distribution toward the East, North West distribution less.(3) The distribution of major roads, towns and industrial land have a significant impact on the transfer of cultivated land circulation. The greater the distance from the road is, the less the cultivated land area and the circulation rate. The circulation area and the circulation rate is the highest in the distance form to the main road?1500 m, the distance form to road?4500 m, the circulation area and the circulation rate is the lowest; the greater the distance from the town is, the less the land circulation rate. The distance from the town?4000 m, the cumulative area and circulation rate is the largest; the more the distribution of industrial and mining land is, the less the area of cultivated land and the circulation rate, the higher the rate of fallow, the region of mining land ?5 hm2, the circulation area is the largest, the region of ?25 hm2, the circulation area and circulation rate is the smallest.(4) Constructing the regression model of driving forces of cultivated land. Through multiple linear stepwise regression and general regression analysis, the regression model of the driving force of cultivated land isconstructed: y = 20.029 + 0.018x1-0.001x5, x1 represents the resident population,x5 indicates the average distance of the village's cultivated land from the town.In summary, the rural areas of cultivated land circulation development in the initial stage, the circulation market is imperfect. Under the influence of terrain and location condition, cultivated land circulation quantity and spatial distribution have certain regularity, but showing great randomness. Therefore, the model established in this paper is suitable for mountainous rural areas in the primary stage of cultivated land circulation.
