Research On Foreign Trade Strategy Of Shanxi Electromechanical Industry

Electromechanical industry is the fundamental industry in national economy system.The trading ability of electromechanical products is also an important basis for measuring the competitiveness of countries.For China,the electromechanical industry is not only a pillar industry to show the comprehensive national strength and power,but also an important basis to lead the industrial revolution and participate in the global industrial division of labor.After the financial crisis,the world economic pattern changes tremendously.On one hand,the international electromechanical market demand is limping,on the other hand,intelligent manufacturing market demand is rising.At the same time,China is ongoing an important period of economy transformation development.For a long time,Shanxi province is a manufacturing base that is on the national key project list.Its electromechanical industry has a certain traditional advantage in the country as well as spreading widely around the world.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,Shanxi electromechanical products trade has achieved a healthy development,but is still exist problems such as relatively small scale and unreasonable industrial structure."Made in China 2025",which was published by China State Council,indicated the next decade as critical period of China's manufacturing powertransformation.For Shanxi to say,in the face of new internal and external environment,the provincial government issued the "Made in China 2025 Shanxi Action Plan" in May 2016 provides a new opportunity for the development of Shanxi electromechanical industry.The existing papers focus on the competitiveness of Shanxi electromechanical industry or Shanxi foreign trade development strategy.There is rare researches combine both of them,which focus on Shanxi's electromechanical foreign trade development,summarize strategies and give advises.The author believes that the study of the foreign trade of a particular sector in a particular industry should be based on a comprehensive familiarity with the area's specific industry development strengths,weaknesses and opportunities and challenges faced it faces.Therefore,this thesis attempts to combine Shanxi electromechanical industry development research with Shanxi foreign trade development research,put forward Shanxi electromechanical industry development of foreign trade overall strategy.This thesis analyze the status quo of Shanxi electromechanical industry as the starting point,focusing on the analysis of electromechanical industry through foreign trade enterprises,methods,countries and products structures,then use the SWOT analysis model and other strategic management research methods to analyze the internal and external environment and interpret the opportunities and threats,strength and weakness.On thesis basis,this thesispropose the paths to prosper Shanxi electromechanical foreign trade,such as strengthening the construction of industrial clusters,undertaking industrial transfer actively,improving product technology content,increasing financial support,cultivating innovative specialists,making good use of international trade rules,exploring the international market initiatively etc.And by providing a series of systematic and comprehensive supporting policies from the government,Shanxi electromechanical foreign trade will be developed steady and health.
