With the development of society and economy,the decision-making that people faced is becoming more and more complex and it often requires multiple decision makers to participate.At the same time,the way of information expression in decision making becomes increasingly vague and diverse,which means that simple information expression method has been unable to satisfy the demand of decision making.Compared with previous decision making method,hybird multiple attribute group decision making can solve the problem under the above background,and could more accurately describe and solve the related decision problem in the real world.Different decision-makers in the hybrid multiple attribute group decision making tend to have a certain degree of preference conflicting,however,existing research have rarely considered this feature.Therefore,studying and solving this kind of problem has certain practical significance with the consideration of preference conflicting in hybrid multiple attribute group decision making.In order to find a better solution for hybrid decision-making information processing problems,and how to better take into account the preferences conflict between members in hybird multiple attribute group decision making,this paper conducted the following research.For the unknown weight information of hybrid multiple attribute group decision making,this paper studied the way to transfer interval numbers,intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,traingular fuzzy numbers,trapezoidal fuzzy numbers,and linguistic variables into real numbers,thereby to transfer hybrid matrix into real-number matrix.Next,this paper discussed how to determine the way of different decision makers on different attributes weights allocation basesd on entropy weight method,then obtained expert weights according to the evidence distance,and then conducted information gathering sorting based on the canonical matrix and weight information.Due to the fact that previous models did not consider preference conflicting,in the view of the preference conflicting and unknown weight hybrid multiple attribute group decision making,this paper applied the idea of TOPSIS for different types of data based on evidence distance to build standard decision matrix,and then solve the model by establishing the weight of attribute in the purpose of maximizing preference difference degree of deciders,and by establishing the weight of deciders in the purpose of minimizing preference difference degree of deciders.Last,this paper summarized the solving steps of this model after acquiring relative weights.With regard to hybird multiple attribute group decision making model in the situation of two unknown weights,in order to verify the rationality and validity of the two models,this paper selected the vendor selection problem in the supply chain of enterprise management,by using two kinds of models through MATLAB to get the weights step-by-step and gain ranking.The results show that both the two models are reasonable and effective.The hybird multiple attribute group decision making model is more close to the reality,and thus can provide better reference for decision makers.
