Under the new Internet-based economic condition by the popularity of the Internet, the business model concepts have gradually become the most concernedevents. From the original, "taobao" beat "eaby" to set up Chinese electricity flag, then the "price war" broke out among GOME, Jing Dong and Su Ning, to now the Alibaba and the Jing Dong have already listed, the development of electronic commerce in our country has got a leap.However, under the rapidly changing external environment, and in the condition offast changing market economy, consumer demand preferences change constantly, and enterprises are facing the great changes that have taken place in business environment than before. This indicates that: in the current situation, the traditional enterprise business model has not well adapt to the environment and meet the needs of competition, the enterprise needs to seriously consider how to make full use of the new Interneteconomy, break the traditional business model, and make disruptive and destructive innovation, so as to form the business model that can be most suitable for the market demand and the competitiveness of the biggest business.Based on the above issues raised, This article selects the business models under the condition of the new Internet economy to study the innovation, we use a method of mixing the study.The first,The background analysis of new Internet economy includingthe current situation、bottleneck and the future development of business model innovation business model theory, summarize the research results at home and abroad under the condition of new economy of Internet. And come to the conclusion thatthe innovation motivation factors promoting enterprise business.The second, The main case analysis use typical repressentative of the enterprise: Tao Bao(B2C), Jing Dong(C2C).Through the various stages of the depth of them analysis and field investigation, Using qualitative analysis method of grounded theory, find out the key factors affecting its innovation,we finally build economy factor model based on the new Internet economy.Then,In order to make the study more reliable and effective, and validated through empirical research for the construction of the model, through the analysis of hypothesis test, expert scoring, questionnaires and SPSS analysis software, the internal and external factors and business model innovation correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis.At last,From the perspective of the competitiveness of business model, build the evaluation index system.Based on the five elements of competitiveness by previousanalyze,this paper establishes the objective layer、criteria layerand indicator layer, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the Jing Dong as the evaluation object, compared with the actual situation, judge whether the evaluation system has effectiveness and wide applicability.Through the study, a total of six internal factors and six external factors on the Internet under the condition of new economy business model innovation has a significant positive correlation, in the end of the article,it respectivelyputs forward the corresponding policy recommendations from the two aspcts of enterprise and the government level.There are three main innovations of this research: The first, the research method innovation, through literature review and two typical cases to construct the theory frame of business model innovation, and then through the empirical study on quantitative analysis and research; The second, the research angle of innovation, based on the background of the Internet information, under the new economic forms, e-commerce business model exactly want how innovation can better play value; The third, the research content innovation, not only construct the theoretical framework of business model innovation, also through quantitative empirical research carried out to verify the feasibility of the theoretical model, then builds an evaluation system, evaluation of the degree of innovation.
