The success of an enterprise is definitely not accidental,the result of its management shows that must be a complete set of business strategy management process.MG(Management Game)is an excellent platform to test the process of management strategy,which is based on the Carnegie Mellon University business management advanced course of the analog world watch industry operating set.Through the enterprise's overall business strategy.,marketing strategy,production strategy and financial management strategy formulation and implementation,so as to enhance the students' business management and management skills.ET watch Systems is set up by the author and the other 4 MBA students of Northeastern University under the environment of MG.As CEO,the author is responsible for the mission and vision of the company,and the company's overall strategic planning,formulation,implementation and strategic adjustment.The other four were the COO,CFO and two CMOs separate for different products.After each year of operation,the company's five management team members will be to the board of directors for business report.The board of directors will carry out a comprehensive assessment based on the results of the management review.Management team members will also adjust the company strategy based on the actual operating situation and the board of directors' suggestions.The core of this thesis is to use of PEST model for the company's overall external macro environment analysis,and through the Potter five competitive forces model to analyze the watch industry environment and the competitive environment of the company,and the company's internal resources and capacity analysis.And get the conclusion of SWOT analysis,so as to further according to the company's overall objectives,analysis of historical data,the development of the company's business strategy and strategy implementation plan,and to implement.In the implementation process,each year according to the change of external environment and competition of the company and the operation situation,and constantly adjust the business specific methods and strategies.In the end,the three years of ET watch systems operation were summarized and analyzed,also addressed the shortage of this research and looked forward.
