As the construction of the construction compared to the traditional cast-in-place construction methods with high construction quality,environmental protection,labor conservation and other obvious advantages,this construction has been gradually extended to the construction sector.However,this immature construction method superimposed on the site assembly,parallel construction and other construction safety risks,Moreover,due to the construction site staff generally low quality,difficult to adapt to the needs of new construction technology,very easy to cause construction safety accidents.In order to control the increasing trend of the assembly of construction safety accidents,only the correct and scientific decision-making a set of construction safety program,in order to control the safety of assembly-type construction is important.Through a large number of studies on the safety of assembly buildings at home and abroad,it is found that scholars at home and abroad have focused on the risk assessment,risk management and risk control of assembly construction safety.Based on the Chquet integral operator of interval intuitionistic uncertainty language,this paper also analyzes the characteristics of assembly construction,and starts from the angle of construction enterprise,trying to proceed with the construction safety of assembly construction Prior control.The choice of the safety scheme of the assembly building belongs to the category of multi-attribute group decision-making.Because the indicators of the research object are clear and the practical operation is taken into account,the indicators are established according to the principle of program selection,including human factors,hoisting operations,PC construction and installation,technology,environment and management.And then consider the characteristics of the property is not strictly independent of each other,belonging to a large degree of correlation with the characteristics of experts in determining the fuzzy value of the attribute can not be used to accurately represent the characteristics of the numerical.Therefore,the method of interval intuitionistic uncertainty language which can solve the problem of multi-attribute correlation is selected,and the Choquet integral operator is assembled.Based on expert scoring,Shapley is used to determine the index weight,non-additive measure and GS-IVIULCA to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of the assembly construction safety scheme,so that the optimal assembly construction safety scheme can be selected by sorting.Finally,with the first assembly of public buildings in Qingdao City-Qingdao Wanda Yacht Industrial Park 48 classes as an example,through the group decision-making preferences to obtain the best program to verify the scientific model.
