Research On Operating Efficiency Analysis Of Northeast Electric Power Production Industry

Northeastern Region, which is an important old industrial base of China, is also a big energy consumption area. Over the last decade, especially since the "twelfth five" period,power industry in Northeastern region has undergone enormous changes. The proportion of wind power and other renewable energy rapidly increased year by year. As a result, many problems, such as oversupply, peaking difficulty, wind abandoned seriously, appeared in the operation of Northeastern power system Therefore, exploration of both way and policies in order to optimize the operation efficiency of Northeastern power system is an implementation of national policies. At the same time, this exploration, which is based on Northeastern electric power industry practice, is conducive to resolve the outstanding problems and contradictions of the Northeastern power production industry.Based on the evaluation of operation efficiency of the power system, the relevant policies are proposed and formulated to solve the above problems. From the aspects of the power system planning, operation and power generation, transmission and supply of electricity links, taking the objective evaluation of power system operation and efficiency as the goal, covering renewable energy, equipment efficiency, demand side management three areas, a scientific approach is utilized to study and screen the influence factors of operation efficiency in power system. Power installed capacity, power grid construction, demand response, dispatching, technical equipment electricity market, electricity regulation measures are put forward to improve the efficiency power production system scientifically. Those measures play an important role in reducing fossil primary energy consumption, promoting efficiency of wind and other renewable energy utilization, and promoting all aspects of power system energy conservation.Meanwhile, how to give full play to the role of electric power regulatory administration is also studied in this paper. The measures of promoting the operation efficiency of the Northeast power production system and optimizing of energy saving measures is proposed.The economic and social benefits of these measures are significantly, with strong guidance and practical value. These measures which contribute to energy savingand practical value.These measures which contribute to energy saving power production industry can be used to achieve the goal of total energy consumption control.
