The Research On Risk Management Project In A Enterprise

With the rapid development of national economy, the pressure on the transformation of the existing facilities is increasing because of the enterprises' continuous expansion and the updating of partial equipment and facilities. In order to guarantee safe, smooth and order function of production properly, the security risk management of work is a key task in enterprise management. The consequences of risk would not only cause huge economic losses, but also endanger the lives of employees, since its hidden and potentially dangerous features.Security risks always accompany with production. They are often directly related to the absence of management, slack in responsibility, and the deficiency of emergency measures.“A little leak will sink a great ship.” We must pay high attention to security risks. Security risks are just a paper tiger if they are controlled well; if not, they will result in a great danger.Therefore, we must remain vigilant in mind, and nip risks in blossom.In this thesis, it takes Company A as an example. It investigates the workshop,equipment, facilities and the risks of production environment of company A. It proposes appropriate measures on the basis of the identification of risk level by using JHA and FAME analysis methods. And then given expert advices of whether taking risk control measures or not, according to the results of risk level identification. Meanwhile, it proposes appropriate solution program of security risks. The process is: after in-depth analysis and careful study of the unacceptably and high degree of risks, it offers a variety of programs; selects the best programs; and develops specific risk control measures. The main idea of this thesis is: To ensure a safe, environmental, and health production environment, enterprises should take effective measures to solve the safety problems and environmental risks from the fundament by theoretical analysis of programs, foundation of special fund and effective measures.Overall project planning model of risk management will be taking the lead in the same profession of risk management of the project, having achievement reference value.
