| With the accelerated process of global economic integration, more and more enterprises turn their attention from the marketing strategy to management transformation, expected by reducing operational costs and improving efficiency to maximize the benefits and realize enterprise. Non-production material purchasing as a part of supply chain management of company, its importance is much accounted by the enterprise portfolio management and scholars. Non production material purchasing not only plays a supporting role to other business modules in the firm, but also plays a part of the role of traction and leadership. In fact, most of the advanced enterprises of the world have put the sourcing management to a strategic position. Sourcing management, as the core part of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, is playing a more and more major role.Taking non-production material purchasing of SE company for research objects in this paper, researching and discussing the management of no-production purchasing through the collation and analysis of the collected data comprehensively. The theory of supply chain and lean management is used in this paper, hope to solve the problems occurred frequently though studying in depth to the actual case, including the improvement of the procurement process,the way to saving the purchasing costs and the improvement of the supplier management, etc. |
