54.51% of the income of Galaxy Securities Zhongshan Road security business department is from the traditional business channels. Dalian has 79 security business departments engaging in the same business, which induces serious homogeneity. Newly established internet sales with its low cost feature, much replace the traditional paperwork.This paper mainly focuses research on the coping strategies of Galaxy Securities Sales Department in the face of the complex forms of the industry. This paper composes of 4 chapters. The first two chapters discusses advanced domestic and foreign strategic management theory. The third chapter describes business department operational data and through utilizing the macro environment PEST Dalian brief analysis of financial development, Porter's five forces model of Zhongshan Road business department competitive analysis, and SWOT to identify the most appropriate strategy for the business department of Zhongshan Road development. The penultimate chapter determines the development strategy of the securities business department. The fifth chapter describes the specific measures to safeguard the implementation of the strategy.This study focuses on the following three points: First, in line with local requirements by establishing an investment adviser brand, and improve utilization of services and low-cost business department to widen the gap and solve the homogenization of the industry. Second, analyze the current situation of the firm, mainly focusing on the business profit aspect, and construct the development strategies through inspecting detailed data. Third, through cautious supervision, evaluation mechanism, and standardized management to enhance the strategic implementation.From an innovative point of view, this paper includes three constructive points. First by classifying clients into categories, and provide level of services relative to their category, and improve work efficiency and reduce labor; Second is due to the homogenization of the current market, by building Investor services brand, dissemination of information to investors, through lectures or other forms of class, and clarify the advantage of choosing our firm; Third create an employee evaluation criteria, in order to enhance personnel quality level, through improving the employment system, rigorous evaluation of the employee, and a sustainable and continuous system of training of employees to enhance the professionalism of the staff. This establishes advantage in business competitiveness within the industry.
