Along with the economic globalization and the development of commercial banks to follow the pace of innovation, the service of commercial banks is showing some new trends. Such as diversification of customer needs, comprehensive service function, personalized service and the rapid improvement of the level of information service. Under such background, how to innovate the service mode of operation, optimize operation resource allocation, improve operational service levels and adapt to the needs of new trend has become a problem that commercial banks need to face which has great practical significance.Bank S Dalian branch(hereinafter referred to as "Bank S") as a branch of SPD bank, relying on the unique economic status of Dalian being the economic window of Northeast Asia while having the rich resources of the head office, provides financial service to economic entity. At the same time, Bank S as a light weight operation practicer that abandoned the traditional concept of winning by large quantities, has focused on service value creation. With the continuous advance of light weighted operation, Bank S also has to constantly adjust and optimize its operational services model in order to meet the needs of the development of operation service.In this paper, optimization of light weight operation service of Bank S is the research object. On the basis of service operation management, service profit chain theory, customer relationship management and other related theoretical research, this paper first introduces the development of Bank S and the implementation of the light weight operation, then focuses on the service problems in the process of Bank S's light weight operation, researches on the key problems, uses the theory and empirical combination, combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, finally, proposes an optimized scheme.
