| In a new era of digital economy,under the tide of large data analysis,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing and Internet of things,such as new information technology has led to a new financial management change,the nature of the financial Shared services center is relying on the powerful information technology system through to the accounting centralized efficient processing to drive the enterprise financial efficiency and management level of ascension.With the progress and development of The Times,financial sharing service as an emerging business model has increasingly attracted the attention and application of global enterprises.The Financial Sharing Service Center of J Group as a pioneer in the application of financial sharing mode in China’s Internet industry,has been operating for more than ten years.For the Internet and other industries of enterprises to build financial sharing service center has accumulated a lot of effective theoretical and practical experience.Based on business process reengineering theory,scale economy theory,theory of flat organization structure and specialized division of labor cooperation theory as the theoretical basis,with J Group’s Financial Sharing Service Center as the research object,using the case analysis,field investigation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis on financial Shared services center of J Group construction condition,operation efficiency to display.Through the research on the related problems of J Group’s Financial Sharing Service Center,this paper draws the following conclusions :(1)The construction of Financial Sharing Service Center is an effective way of financial reform applicable to large enterprise groups,which can largely strengthen the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency and strengthening control;(2)Paying attention to the improvement of financial benefits,the optimization and reengineering of business processes,the support of strong information technology and the construction of compound talent team are still the indispensable key factors for the construction of Financial Shared Service Center;(3)From the point of view of operation efficiency analysis results of J Group in finance,the dimension of internal operations,employee benefits,but there are still problems with the need to constantly improve and perfect,in the future also requires a combination of internal and external environment change request of each link is further optimized,in order to ensure the long-term and healthy development of the Financial Sharing Service Center.According to the research results of J Group’s Financial Sharing Service Center,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions on the optimization of financial benefits,the improvement of sharing internal operation and the strengthening of sharing employee management,and provide suggestions for the group’s internal service center based on the research results of more than ten years of shared financial services,It is hoped that it can play a certain reference role for enterprises that have established or have the idea of establishing Financial Sharing Service Center in China. |
