With the constant change in the marketing environment, more and more companies choose to change the Company Marketing Strategy to cope with the marketing change. However, while the Company Marketing Strategy is under the transition, if the operation management process of the Company could not follow up to change accordingly in time, it will cause a series of problems, and if these problems can not be completely resolved in time, it will severely affect the development of the company operation management, thus become the stumbling block of rapid development of the company.M Company, as one fast growing middle size IT Company, encounters the big challenges of the operation management facing the instantaneous changes of the marketing environment. This paper reviews and analysis the status of the current operation management of M company under so complex marketing environment based on the well-known business process re-engineering theory, the organization structure theory, project management and customer service theories. With the analysis, it turns out there are several problems in operation management, covering unclear functional responsibilities, the lack of the related process and system with customers, the repeat define of the current business process, the unmatched operation process with the actual business, ect. After the thorough analysis of these problems and the causes, also combined with the company strategy target, the improvement has been made regarding the organization of the company, the management process of the project, the customers interface with the related process and regulation, and also at the same time in order to make sure of the execution of the improvement, the detailed implementation plans and steps have also been made.This paper based on the study of the optimization of the operation process of M company, on the one hand, not only helps the company solve the facing severe problems, and have the practical mindfulness of improving the company’s core competitiveness, but also play as the guidance role for the optimizing the company process in the future; on the other hand, it also provides the certain reference for other similar companies.
