The tobacco trade is an important role industry for economy in our country,and it has played a major effect in China's economic development a long period.Tobacco machinery spare parts company is not to be underestimated role for the tobacco trade development as an important part.Although tobacco machinery spire parts enterprise s are government-specific franchise industry for a long time,private tobacco machinery spare parts enterprises are inevitably pushed to the market follow the continuous competition.When the external environment of the market economy profound changes,how to plan more suitable competitive strategy for their own development,private tobacco machinery parts enterprises are facing more severe challenges.Now,private tobacco machinery spare parts enterprises in the competition occupy a favorable position becoming particularly important.K tobacco machinery spare parts company as an example in this article,It was analyzed for competitive strategy in order to develop a more appropriate strategy in line with K's long-term development.The first chapter of this article is the introduction,mainly to clarify the K company's research background and research significance,as well as research and development methods and technical lines.The second chapter mainly reviews the literature related to the competitiv e strategy,and elaborates it one by one.The third chapter mainly introduces the general situation of K Company,and analyzes the macro environment and the competitive environment of K Company.The fourth chapter analyzes the internal environment of K company,mainly analyzes the current resources and conditions of K company,and further analyzes with SWOT matrix.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of external environment and internal environment,and puts the competitive strategy that K company should choose.The sixth chapter discusses the safeguard measures of K company's competitive strategy,and makes an in-depth analysis from the aspects of research and development ability improvement,strategic customer management,brand awareness,corporate culture construction,risk control and evaluation.Through the research and analysis of K's competitive strategy,this article hopes to have some reference or as a mirror for other private tobacco machinery spare parts enterprises.
