Corporations should adjust its strategies to keep pace with the times so as to seize opportunities and avoid risks, making corporations show its edge in the intense competition. The AB hydraulic machine company has seen the development and growth of the scale of the enterprise, the ever changing of the environment and the increasingly acute competition. Companies must continuously adjust the competition strategies and adjust to fit the changing inner and outer environment.This paper takes the enterprise strategy theory as the starting point, focusing on the theory of enterprise competition strategy and using several strategic analytical tools and systematic analysis. In the first place, the PEST analysis of the macro-environment has been made in order to find out the main variable influencing factors of the development of the hydraulic machine industry and the AB company in the macro-environment. Then the structural analysis and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Analysis of the industry environment have been made in order to find out the industry and competition characteristics of the AB hydraulic machine company, followed by the study of its competitors. Then the analysis of the internal environment of the company has been carried out in the paper. In this paper, through the analysis of the internal and external environment, the strengths and weaknesses of the AB Company and the opportunities and risks the company faces have been identified. The company has been positioned and the decision of the competitive strategy has been made, the implementation of which is guaranteed by given measures.In the process of writing this paper, measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategies have general characters, providing reference for the formulation and implementation of strategies of other companies. I have made the analysis of the inner and outer environment of the AB hydraulic machine company so as to find out the opportunities and risks the hydraulic machine industry is facing and will be facing in the near future in the hope of providing valuable preferences for the employees in this field.
