Apparel industry has always been the pillar industry of China's national economy for exporting.The global integration of economy and trade has provided a great space for the development of the garment industry,but also led to the rapid expansion of production capacity of the apparel industry,production capacity surplus;With the world economy continued downward,the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate,the United States and the European Union consumer market weaken,insufficient domestic demand,domestic production costs rise and many other unfavorable factors,In addition,as the labor-intensive industries,the rapid development of textile and clothing in Vietnam,Bangladesh,Kampuchea,India and other countries,making China's garment enterprises profit is getting lower and lower.In the face of such a complex international situation,it is necessary to research and analyze the clothing company's marketing strategy.On this basis,finding a marketing strategy suitable for the development of China's garment industry.According to the present situation of marketing of SOA Garment Co.Ltd,combined with the analysis of marketing environment,based on the knowledge of all kinds of marketing strategy for SOA company to conduct research and analysis,combined with the questionnaire to collect data,find out the SOA compan y's new product development,high price,single sales channels,simple and lack of relationship marketing promotion the problems and deficiencies.At the same time,a variety of marketing theory on these issues during the development of SOA clothing compan y.Based on analyzing deeply the present development of SOA clothing company,combined with the actual situation of clear market positioning of SOA clothing company,and put forward the corresponding improvement for the development of the company's marketing strategy.In the formulation of the marketing combination strategy,from product,price,marketing channel,promotion,marketing and other aspects of the relationship between several detailed marketing concept and implementation measures.And puts forward some suggestions on the implementation and guarantee of marketing strategy.
