Recently,manufacturing industry is facing homogenous products intensified by technology's maturity,and the contradiction from customers' demands which tend to be personalized,this lead manufacturing enterprises fall into the plight of excess capacity and profit decline,service derivative relying on the physical product has become an important approach to get rid of product homogeneity competition and obtain competitive advantage for manufacturing enterprises.This paper would focus on researching the state and evaluation of Manufacturers service derivative solutions based on WSR which fits the special situation of Chinese manufacturing industry,in order to achieve effective provision of Manufacturers service derivative solutions.On the base of reviewing related literatures of service derivative,this paper revealed the realization mechanism and influencing factors of service derivative solutions.The generation process of Manufacturers service derivative solutions was described with the help of stable matching theory.In order to locate and evaluate the level of Manufacturers service derivative solutions in the entire industry accurately,this paper constructed the spatial state of WSR-based Manufacturers service derivative solutions.Then,methods for state recognizing and evaluating of Manufacturers service derivative solutions based on WSR were presented.Finally,this paper analyzed the spatial state in the Chinese draught fan industry,evaluated the specific enterprise's service derivative solution,and pointed out the direction for the advanced development of its service derivative.According to the proposed questions,through the relevant theoretical analysis and research,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The effective matching between physical product and derivative service is the key to the generation of Manufacturers service derivative solutions.In the matching process,customer problem's solving acts as the premise,product/service attributes and matching rules become the foundation,the orderly combination of products and services is the result.The complexity of solution generation lies the foundation for presentation of the Manufacturers service derivative solutions' analysis framework under WSR methodology.(2)Manufacturers service derivative solutions' generation is the result of the co-action of wuli,shili and renli,which correspond to technical support,economic assurance and the creation of customer value,the mutual influence and constraints of wuli,shili,and renli together determine the spatial status of Manufacturers service derivative solutions.And with the promotion of manufacturing service,the Manufacturers service derivative solutions present the evolving trend in the level of wuli,shili and renli.(3)Different manufacturing industries have different spatial states for service derivative solutions;manufacturing enterprises also have different positions due to differences in manufacturing and service capabilities.And the evaluations of the Manufacturers service derivative solutions can clarify the spatial state and the position of the corresponding manufacturing enterprises,the research can also provide the enterprise with the direction for generating advanced service derivative solutions.This work would help manufacturing enterprises recognize the state of the service derivative solution provided by itself,and provide a theoretical and realistic basis for its further implementation of service-oriented manufacturing transformation for climbing the high-end of value chain.
