Chinese enterprises are in the increasingly fierce competition,if you want to improve economic efficiency,occupy a competitive advantage,we must speed up the response to market changes.One of the essential conditions should be to improve the technical level and the level of corporate management,then we must through the accounting system to achieve real-time reflection and monitoring activities.For real-time accounting monitoring,ERP system is a very powerful tool.In order to comply with the current trend of economic globalization,the use of ERP system is a good idea,but in the enterprise to introduce ERP system also produced a lot of problems,the crux of the original enterprise management level is relatively backward,in the actual match ERP system produced a repulsion,the two can not be perfect between the fit,can not work together to maximize the effectiveness.In the face of this situation we have led to a new concept: " ERP system environment in the accounting process reengineering."This paper mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the accounting process reengineering in the ERP environment,and the research status of the domestic and foreign research.Secondly,the business process reengineering and the ERP system are discussed in this paper,which is based on the combination of theory and practice.This paper expatiates on the relationship between business process reengineering,ERP and accounting process reengineering,and further demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the research.Once again,the traditional Accounting process and computerization under the accounting process of the defects were analyzed,put forward the necessity of accounting process reengineering;and then the ERP environment under the accounting process reengineering specific design,put forward the need for enterprises to carry out the specific aspects of accounting and contact X company's actual situation analysis and ERP environment,the accounting process of thereconstruction program put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to ensure the implementation of better results;Finally,the article summarizes the results of this study and the lack of.For enterprises,the research of this paper is conducive to the recognition of the existing accounting process problems,timely and dilapidated,so as to promote enterprises to build a new accounting process for the times,so that the efficiency of production and operation of enterprises greatly improved,Financial problems can also reduce the value of the content and enhance the viability of enterprises.
