Company H is a manufacturer in automobile manufacturing supply chain.The main business of Company H are the development and manufacture of automotive parts for steam locomotives.The main technologies include Forging,Thread Rolling,Heat Treatment,professional surface treatment,etc.The company belongs to the traditional manufacturing industry.The company had no previous information system assistance.According to human input EXCEL for order delivery control,inventory management,scheduling and other work.The mastery of production schedule monitoring is very backward.It often causes the production information to become unacceptable and leads to the delivery of air cargo,production error of the finished product,too much finished product inventory causes a backlog of funds.In recent years,with the expansion of business.Company H began to notice the importance of information integration.Hope to improve the H company's information management by introducing an enterprise resource planning system.At the same time,the various departments of the company will carry out process reengineering.Create a standardized process that can coordinate with the system.This study first discusses the key issues in the process planning of historical information systems.From literature to sort out the difficulties of the information system in the implementation of domestic and foreign.This study responds to company requirements.To assist in the purchase of information systems run smoothly and import.Start with in-depth business research.To assist in collecting and confirming company basic data,all item numbers BOM,customer orders.Collect bottlenecks encountered during the implementation process.Research solutions and implement improvements.This study will propose the basic model of process reengineering.According to this model to improve the company.Due to limited space.In this study,only to customer order management and sales process as an example.Showing how quickly orders the use of information systems,Corresponding to H company's internal sales operation process after the process of electronic information exchange with manufacturers.Finally gives a concrete information system operation demonstration.And Benefit analysis before and after improvement.
