| The development of Inclusive Finance has become an important part of the construction to China Fiancial System.The problems we fece such as market and incentive failure,the lack of regulation and business model are the significant factors to hinder the markets and insititution to form the Inclusive Finance System spontaneously.After the analyzation of the background to the Inclusive Finace in China,we concluded that the solution to the unbalance of the credit can promote the development of Inclusive Finance System.And at this stage,the mainly factors to the unbalance are the failure of incentive and the lack of sustainability.Consequently,the passage is mainly discuss the influence which is caused by the implementation of the credit policy to each side of the game to make suggestions and improvements.At the beginning,we calculated the data of the supply and demand to make analyzation and comparison to make it clear that what is the mainly action feature to the double sides,and we thought that the credit policy implementing can cause the wasting of resources and failure of incentive.And then,we use the Evolutionary Game Theory and Replicator Dynamics Equation to modeling two different fiscal policies which are fiscal expenditure and tax revenue and giving the Evolutionary Stable Strategy to the double sides of the game.In the end,we use the method of numerical modeling and make theassignment to the variable to calculate and plot the process of the Evolutionary,and with the base of that,we give the right way to solve the problems we mentioned above.In conclution,The purpose of the article is to solve the policy making and substainability problems in the process of the development of credit equilibrium in Inclusive Fincance System.Aiming at the problems and combining the current situation with result,we put forward the effective policies and suggestions to make the optimization to the credit equilibrium between supple and demand. |
