The Study Of Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Based On Life Cycle

With the rapid development of economic,traditional energy over-exploitation,environmental pollution and climate warming and other issues have become increasingly prominent.In the backgroundof wind power,hydropower development,the photovoltaic power generation is increasingly favored.With the expansion of the scale of PV power generation projects and the increase of types,the economic,environmental and social problems in their whole life cycle have attracted attention.Based on the analysis of PV industry development and PV power project life cycle phases,this paper designs the evaluation index system of PV power project comprehensive benefit.Itincludes four aspects:finance,environment,society and national economy.And it highlights the index of "PV poverty alleviation".This paper picks up four truly cases,including Photovoltaic greenhouse,Fishing Llight complement,PV roof and PV power station,and calculates the value of each index in the life cycle of the project.The four cases were evaluated by gray relation projection method based on mean-variance weighting.Pengyang photovoltaic greenhouse projecthas an advantage in the financial evaluation and social evaluation,Nanchuang photovoltaic roof project has an advantage in environment efficiency and national economic evaluation.And about the comprehensive benefits,the photovoltaic greenhouse project> PV roof project>Fishing Light complement project> PV Power station project.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from industrial level and the project level,including industrial development planning,on-grid tariff,technological innovation,financing and project selection.Based on the life cycle,the comprehensive benefit evaluation and sorting of different types of PV power projects have been promoted.They will have a positive promotion to PV industry healthily development and the choice of photovoltaicprojects in different regions and the formulation of PV policies.
