Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Three-level Supply Chain Contracts Under Fairness Concern

One of the key to success is the degree of coordination between enterprises of the supply chain node in the competition between supply chains.However,due to the lack of effective coordination mechanism,the supply chain generally has the problems of target conflict and uneven distribution of profits in the actual operation,which makes it in an imbalance state and leads to a decrease in the overall profit of the supply chain system.Supply chain contract is an effective incentive mechanism to realize supply chain coordination.In the previous studies,but it is assumed that the decision maker is completely rational,without considering the relationship between other decision makers.While,in the real economic activities,the unfairness of policy makers are increasingly concerned,namely,the fair concern.A large number of experimental studies have proved that the fairness of the decision makers is universal and objective,which will have an important impact on the decision-making behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of supply chain coordination under the fairness concern.Previous study of this problem are concentrated on two-level supply mostly,and it has been assuming that only one party has fair concern.In view of this,this paper will study the coordination of the three-level supply when the supply chain decision maker all have fairness concern behavior in order to provide more realistic decision-making basis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,a total research on three-level supply contract coordination mechanism under fairness concern.Through to analysis the status quo about coordination mechanisms of supply chain contract,combined with the shortcomings of domestic and foreign research,puts forward the research problem of this paper.Based on this,to analyze the key points and difficulties of the research problem,and select the appropriate contract coordination mechanism and fair concern description method,and then puts forward the general plan of the three-level supply chain contract coordination mechanism under fair concern.Secondly,study the mechanism of revenue sharing contract coordination in the three-level supply chain under the fairness concerns.To improve the Nash bargaining fairness concerns utility function,in view of existing problems of fairness concerns utility function,and to build revenue-sharing contract coordination model that a single member with fairness concerns and supply chain members are fairness concerns.Through the solution,clear the corresponding coordination mechanism and analysis of the impact of fairness concerns on the parameters of revenue sharing contracts and put forward corresponding coordination mechanism from the aspect of wholesale price,profit distribution ratio and order quantity.Then,study the mechanism of buy-back contract coordination in the three-level supply chain under the fairness concerns.On the basis of building buy-back contract utility function model with a goal of maximum utility under fairness concerns,to build buy-back contract coordination model in principle the decentralized decision making order quantity is equal to centralized decision making order quantity.At the same time,analyze the impact of fair concerns on the parameters of the buy-back contract when implementing coordination of supply chain,and then put forward buy-back contract coordination mechanism from the aspect of buy-back price,coordinated wholesale price and order quantity.On this basis,the selection of the leading supplier and manufacturer contract is studied,and the conditions of contract selection are determined.Finally,the research result will be applied to the three-level supply chain of clothing and to a numerical example,which will to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.
