An Empirical Analysis Of The Competitiveness Of China-US, China-India Computer And Information Services Trade And Its Influencing Factors

Computer and information service belong to technology intensive services,which can promote the healthy development of economy.The United States is the most developed country,has rich experience in computer and information service.India has also made great achievements in computer and information services.Therefore,comparing the status and competitiveness in computer and information service between China,America and India,summarize their successful experiences,we can put forward some suggestions to develop our computer and information service.This essay analyses three countries' status in developing computer and information service trade,find that China's computer and information service trade has a rapid development in recent years,the development rate even faster than India,but as regards in total volume,there is a big gap compared to India and the United States.Using Grey Relational Analysis model,this paper evaluates competitiveness in computer and information service trade from display and analysis indexes,find that the United States' competitiveness has a trend of decline since 2005,China's competitiveness in computer and information service trade rankings begin to rise in volatility from2009,showed a strong development potential,but still behind India.On the basis of "Diamond Model",combined with international factors,using the factor analysis method to study factors that influence the computer and information service trade's competitiveness.It shows that the development of relevant industries and the fund;infrastructure construction and industry,the accumulation of the capital,income,government funding in schools;talents and outsourcing scale,government funding in schools,openness affect China,the United States and India's computer and information service trade's competitiveness respectively.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,and summarizing the India's and the United States' successful experience,from government,enterprise and society three aspects,this paper give some suggestions to improve the competitiveness in China's computer and information service trade.
