QS Bank H Real Estate Project Financing Loan Risk Management Research

Project financing is a kind of financing mode which is based on the future income and assets of the project as the main source of financing and security.One of the most important forms of project financing is to finance the bank.It mainly starts from the project itself,the identification and evaluation of the project risk,enterprise credit level,assets and liabilities and profits accounted for secondary assessment weights,recognition of the high quality projects for banks,to meet the requirements of the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper takes QS bank as an example to analyze the risk management of H real estate project financing loan:First,analysis the background and the current domestic and foreign scholars in the field of real estate financing loan project risk management research;secondly,risk factors of real estate financing projects to identify and analyze the existing problems in risk management;finally,in view of the above questions,analyzes the risk control strategy of real estate project financing loan.Including the construction of real estate credit risk management system,improve the performance evaluation index system of real estate credit and the construction of real estate projects,such as credit risk transfer mechanism.
