Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Industrialization And New Urbanization In The Six Central Provinces

From the historical perspective of the development of industrialization in various regions in the world and the historical point of urbanization development,we can see the relationship between industrialization and urbanization,which is mutual promotion and mutual restraint and interdependence.In general,our traditional concept of industrialization and urbanization is that industrialization and urbanization are independent individuals,and not considering the intersection of the two.In the developed countries,the economic level has been developed from industrialization to new industrialization,from urbanization to new urbanization.With the development of the world,Chinese government has proposed to take the "four modernizations" to coordinate the development path.In 2013,the government has put forward a new development strategy;"one way" development strategy.We should seize the opportunity to build a good relationship between the new industrialization and the new urbanization,and develop economy vigorously,when the six provinces in the middle are in the important position of the global strategy of "one way".Based on the reference and summarization from other scholars,there are 33 index systems used to reflect the new industrialization level and 22 index systems used to reflect the new urbanization level.The data come from 2006-2015 Year statistics of the provinces of the six provinces of China.Selecting a method from many of the measurement methods,through the principal component analysis method for the six provinces of the new industrialization and new urbanization level of the measurement analysis,the results of HeNan and HuBei Province in the highest level of development in the six provinces.In Shanxi,AnHui,JiangXi and HuNan Provinces,the new urbanization level and the level of new industrialization are similar situation.Based on the results of the main factor analysis,the coordination degree and the coordinated development degree model are used to analyze the degree of coordination and coordinated development of the new industrialization and new urbanization in the central six provinces.The results show that the coordination degree of the six provinces is presented a good trend.After several years of development,the trend,from the imbalance situation in 2005 to the good coordination in 2014,is worthy of the concern Of researchers.On the basis of this analysis,the author puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the coordination of new urbanization.For instance,optimizing the transformation and upgrading of the industry,exerting the advantages of human resources,developing the urban agglomeration and the integration of the city,reforming the household registration and income distribution system.
