There is an important significance to the market value of listed companies.The market value shows the strength of the company size and the shareholder wealth,and directly affects the amount of financing ability and financing cost,then further affect the company's strategy and the allocation of social resources.Therefore,the market value of listed companies has been paid more and more attention by shareholders and other investors,but also aroused widespread concern in society.In this context,the market value management theory is gradually recognized and used to guide the management of the company.S pharmacy company is a publish company in HK stock market.It's now facing the opportunity of pharmacy industry development,while the company's own competitiveness is inadequate,the company strive to be competitive and large-scale.Numerous practices have proved that the management of market value management is an effective way to make a company bigger and stronger,especially for growth enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the market value management of S company.This paper first defines the definition of market management,the market value of the company is decided by the intrinsic value of the company,the market value management is a management mechanism,then through literature review method,use stakeholder theory,market value management based on the expected value,market value driven on value as the theoretical basis of this paper,in addition to introduce the market value management framework:value creation,value management and value realization,then from the three aspects pointed out that the current situation and existing problems of market management in S company,and put forward their own solutions.In terms of value creation,through the historical data analysis points out that there is insufficient research and sales growth,proposed to increase the internationalization of sales and use the state key laboratory platform to enhance the level of R & D in the business;in term of value management,through comparative analysis pointed out that equity merger enterprise performance is uneven in quality,the stock incentive adjustment shows that the company profit forecastability is insufficient,then suggests that the company take enterprise merger conditions and implement market oriented performance appraisal management;in term of value realization,pointed out that the information disclosure oriented by the regulation to and the low proportion of institutional investors,proposed to change information disclosure oriented by the investors and obtain positive recognition from institutional investors.The article finally put forward the implementation of security,enhance the solution feasibility,believe that these solutions can be used as reference for other pharmaceutical companies to use market value management,which has a certain practical significance.
