Industrial layout optimization is an important factor affecting the construction of urban agglomeration.With the economic globalization and the trend of regional economic integration,urban competition is no longer a competition between individual cities,but the formation of a city group economic entity competition.Urban agglomeration is the strategic center of regional social and economic development.The future economic development will depend on the development of urban agglomeration.Accelerate the construction of urban agglomeration,build the development strategy of urban agglomeration,and form the agglomeration suitable for regional sustainable development,which is the main form of the future urban participation in the competition within the wider area.Wuchangshi City Group is located in the central area of Asia and Europe,China is fully open to the west must pass through the development of central and western regions in China is one of the key development of urban agglomeration.In order to achieve sustainable development,the construction of Wuchangshi City Group must be based on the local water resources and environment.However,due to less drought in Xinjiang,water resources become the primary factor limiting the sustainable development of urban agglomeration.Therefore,in the process of urban agglomeration construction,the adjustment of the industrial optimization of the layout must take the local water resources into full consideration.The ecological footprint of water resources should be included in the assessment system of the industrial structure,and the adjustment of industrial structure will reduce the urban agglomeration Water resources ecological footprint.This paper explores the rationality of adjusting the industrial structure of Wuchangshi City Group by calculating the comparative advantage of each industry in the case that the ecological footprint of Wuchangshi City is too large,so that the construction of urban agglomeration can realize water resources in the condition of lack of water resources The use of efficiency maximization.Based on the theory of ecological footprint of water resources,this paper discusses the industrial layout optimization of Wuchangshi City Group by using sustainable development theory,industrial layout optimization theory and comparative advantage theory.Based on the theory of water resources ecological footprint,this paper analyzes the status of economic,industrial layout,use of water resources,And uses the comparative advantage theory to quantitatively analyze the comparativeadvantages of various cities in each city group.Finally,according to the results of the calculation concluded: Urumqi service industry has a comparative advantage,Shihezi and Changji in agriculture and industry have their own advantages.Based on this conclusion,the author puts forward the idea of optimizing the industrial layout of Wuchangshi city group,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
