Research On The Analysis&Management Countermeasures Of Ecological Footprint Of Huainan City

This paper takes the Huainan city as research the object, and the main research contents are evaluation study and controllable measures on ecological sustainable development of Huainan city. With the theory of ecological footprint, it has researched on ecological footprint of Huainan city through a series of methods such as literature analysis, index analysis and time series.The main sections are as followed:I.Basic theory of the ecological footprintThrough making clear the basic concept, function and calculation method of ecological footprint, it has been laying the theoretical foundation for further study.II. Present situation of ecological footprint in Huainan city. This section calculated the relevant indicators of ecological footprint, then it made objective evaluation of ecological sustainable development in Huainan city.III. Evolution of ecological footprint in Huainan city.By using time series, it calculated and analyzed relevant indicators of ecological footprint from2007to2012of Huainan city; it has predicted the development trend of ecological footprint in the next15years and from the view point of time sequence showed ecological sustainable changes in Huainan city.IV. Measures of ecological sustainable development in Huainan city.Based on ecological footprint in Huainan city and time series, it has thrown out some suggestion and measures which will be helpful for ecological deficit of Huainan city.From the research above, it has drawn some conclusions. The first was that per capital ecological deficit of Huainan city was3.137987Ha in2012, and it meant the level of ecological was unsustainable. As the second, from2007to2012per capita ecological deficit all got the deficit, and the deficit had been increasing. It is foreseeable that if the government does not take measures, the deficit will be still increasing before2030and the ecological unsustainable development is more serious.To improve sustainable development in Huainan city, measures should be taken, including protecting natural resources in Huainan city, improving the production efficiency of natural resources, changing consumption patterns of energy and so on.
