China's "13th Five-Year" plan proposed in the investment structure,emphasis on the use of knowledge,information,technology,personnel and other types of senior investment factors gradually,the competition between enterprises basic means of production and gradually transformed into the competition of the soft power,including the improvement of management level,strategic management etc..In this paper,the research on the competitive strategy of W lighting manufacturing company is an attempt to the theory of strategic management,the development of the company has a strong guiding significance for the development of similar enterprises in the manufacturing sector.The main content of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:First,the analysis of the development of W company,and W company's competitive advantage and the implementation of the competitive strategy to judge;Two,analysis of the macro environment industry environment faced by W company,and analyzes the key success factors of W four companies: strategic consensus,corporate culture,organizational structure,fitness advocate perfect innovation mechanism etc.;Three,the use of SWOT research methods,analysis of the W company's competitive strategy in the process of the development of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Through the research,the main research conclusion of this paper is the following two aspects:First,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of W company,the W company should adopt a differentiated competitive strategy.Two,put forward the W company's strategic consensus,corporate culture,organizational structure,innovation mechanism and other four aspects of the functional strategies and related specific measures to support the W company's competitive strategy.The innovation of this paper lies in the following three aspects:Research background innovation.This paper is in the state of "13th Five-Year" planning background,combined with the specific background of the relevant requirements of supply side structural reform research;Two,research object innovation.This paper takes the W company as the research object,and it is the first time in the domestic and foreign scholars' research;Three,research content innovation.In this paper,we use scientific management methods to analyze the external and internal environment of W company,put forward the company's competitive strategy,and formulate the corresponding competition strategy.
