Transformation And Upgrading For Private Enterprises Of Manufacturing Industry In Central China Based On Supply-Side Structural Reform

Based on the supply side structural reform,this paper studies the transformation and upgrading of the private enterprises in the central region from the theoretical and the empirical aspects.At the theory aspect,we should through the views of the supply lateral designability reform,regional innovation system,transformation study and so on to conduct the private enterprises' transformation and upgrading on theory.At the demonstration aspect,through formulating questionnaire survey and teasing data information,to point out the present development situation of the Hubei province's private enterprises,and then applying the spss17.0 to analysis the regression about the part of data.Based on the whole acquaintance of the Hubei province's private enterprises'development general situation,coming up with corresponding transformation and upgrading model through government,enterprises and chamber of commerce.And then according to the development situation of the Hubei province's private enterprise,concluding several main factors that influencing the enterprises' transformation and upgrading:system,capital,technology,intermediary and other factors.Finally combing three main subjects and four main factors,starting from developing new partnership between government and merchant,innovating new develop model of running enterprise,intensifying the chamber of commerce's bridge function,and then developing inclusive policy system,regulating standard of the indicators for performance appraisal,perfecting the model of remaining talents,innovating the channel of financing and setting up,reinforcing the communicate platform function of the chamber of commerce and so on,to promote manufacturing industry and private enterprises' transformation and upgrading,roundly and multi-anglely.
