In the context of innovation and knowledge economy,the problem of cultivating innovative talents has been paid much attention by academics.Domestic and foreign researchers have carried out a series of fruitful research on the relevant contents of innovative talents,which mainly focus on the connotation of innovative talents,innovation and personnel training factors such as the impact of theoretical research.The literature research shows that the cross-border collaboration of innovative talents is conducive to the development and growth of innovative talents,and lacks empirical research on cross-border cooperation of innovative talents.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical values to explore and validate the impact mechanism of cross-border cooperation on innovation performance of innovative talents.This article on the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature.First,using the method of logical reasoning and literature review,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the impact of cross-border collaboration on innovation performance,and constructs the corresponding conceptual model.Secondly,the research variables of this paper are measured.Finally,the exploratory factors of 132 valid questionnaires were analyzed,including the project analysis and factor analysis of the variables,and the dimensions of the variables were determined.The variables studied in this paper were defined.In this paper,266 valid questionnaires were analyzed by structural equation model and regression analysis,and the hypothesis was validated.Research indicates:(1)The cross-border collaboration of innovative talents has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.The impact of cross-border mechanism coordination,cross-border co-ordination,cross-border knowledge collaboration and cross-border co-ordination on innovation performance is weakened in turn.(2)The cross-border collaboration of innovative talents has a significant positive impact on organizational trust.Among them,the influence of cross-border subject coordination,cross-border mechanism coordination and cross-boundary knowledge cooperationon emotional trust is weakened.The influence of cross-boundary mechanism coordination,cross-boundary subject coordination and cross-boundary knowledge cooperation on cognitive trust is weakened.(3)Organizational trust has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.Among them,the influence of emotional trust on innovation ability,innovation behavior and innovation achievement is greater than that of cognitive trust on innovation ability,innovation behavior and innovation achievement.(4)The cross-border collaboration of innovative talents cultivates indirectly through organizational trust in innovative performance,that is,organizational trust plays an intermediary role in the process of cross-border collaboration on innovation performance.The conclusion of the study provides theoretical support and practical inspiration for cross-border collaboration of innovative talents.
