In the era of knowledge economy,the prosperity of science and technology and the future of humanity than ever more dependent on knowledge innovation and the application of scientific knowledge.The use of knowledge-based enterprises knowledge innovation to gain a competitive advantage,take appropriate way of talent training.Construction of talent training strategy based on knowledge innovation,implement the strategy of independent innovation,enterprise’s survival in the new competitive environment and development has important theory value and practical significance.Theory in this paper,the strategy establishment,practice guidance this logic main line,with knowledge innovation as the breakthrough point,in personnel training,and knowledge innovation under the guidance of relevant theory,reveals the talent training mechanism of knowledge innovation,on the basis of construct the talent training strategy based on knowledge innovation.Recruitment concept of knowledge innovation and the strategy was proposed;Design the knowledge workers and general process of team learning,knowledge innovation to build knowledge workers and knowledge innovation incentive mechanism of knowledge innovation team.The full text of the specific framework is as follows:The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the subject,briefly summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and studies the framework,methods and contents.Chapter two,summarize the relevant theoretical basis;In the third chapter,we analyze the current situation of innovation talent cultivation in RongKe technology Co.,Ltd.,including the introduction of RongKe technology Co.,Ltd.,the current situation of human resources and the current situation of personnel training.The fourth chapter,RongKe technology Co.,Ltd innovation personnel training problems and difficulties,mainly from the RongKe technology Co.,Ltd personnel training the existing problems and RongKe technology Co.,Ltd impediment factors two aspects carries on the analysis of talent training;The fifth chapter,based on knowledge innovation of RongKe requirements and mechanism of talent cultivation strategy,discusses the era of knowledge and new requirements for RongKe company personnel training,as well as the company’s building innovative talent cultivation strategy thinking,principle and operation mechanism.Chapter 6,RongKe technology Co.,Ltd innovative talent training strategy,first discusses the enterprise atmosphere of constructing talent training scheme,then discusses enterprise recruiting and talent allocation based on knowledge innovation,personnel training and development,enterprise performance management and incentive mechanism;Chapter seven,conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the research,draws the conclusions,analyzes the shortcomings of the present study,and points out the future research direction.
