Since the creative economy came into people's vision,creative industries are developing at an unprecedented speed,and creative talents——the core element of creative industries,have been paid more and more attention;and also,the global talent competition is gradually centered on creative talents.However,creative talents are cross-disciplinary and compound heterogeneous talents,whose quantity and quality have become the prominent problems restricting the development of creative industries.More and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of creative talents,but their achievements and corresponding innovative performance are difficult to accurately measure and evaluate.As a result,the incentive of creative talents has become the bottleneck of creative industries and even the development of creative economy.Therefore,how to motivate and develop creative talents is the hotspot and difficulty of current managers and scholars.This paper intends to explore the influence mechanism of creative talents' perceived organizational support on innovation performance from the perspective of organizational and psychological perception,which is helpful to explore the incentive factors of creative talents from multiple perspectives,and lay a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for cultivating more creative talents.On the basis of summing up the relevant theories of creative talents at home and abroad,this paper introduces the variable of organizational commitment,and establishes the relationship model among the perceived organizational support,organizational commitment and innovative performance of creative talents;In addition,202 creative talents in Hubei,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Jiangxi and other cities are selected as the survey samples,data analysis and hypothesis test are carried out with SPSS and AMOS data analysis software.The empirical research results show that job support and value identification can significantly affect the innovation performance of creative talents,and the impact of employee benefits is not significant;the different dimensions of perceived organizational support have different influences on the different dimensions of organizational commitment;normative commitment can significantly improve the innovation performance of creative talents and it also plays a mediating role between the perceived organizational support and innovation performance.According to the research results,this paper puts forward some management suggestions to improve the innovative performance of creative talents,such as providing multidimensional organizational support,paying attention to employees' organizational commitment,and creating a good corporate atmosphere.
