Research On Captital Structure Optimization Of SG Company

Capital is the core of modern enterprise survival and development of resources,enterprises in the process of financing,a reasonable capital structure can not only make the enterprise under the condition of the same input,reduce the enterprise cost of capital,increase the profit of enterprise,and also beneficial to standardize enterprise behavior,to improve the market value of the firm.The optimization of enterprise capital structure is one of the core theories of modern financial management and also the core of the decision-making of enterprise financing,which relates to the survival and development of the enterprise.In the domestic economy is in a crucial period of structural adjustment of the background,the general equipment manufacturing industry as capital-intensive enterprise,has the characteristics of high flow ratio at the same time,to make the right financing decisions,to dynamically optimize the company’s capital structure,has significant meaning to the sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theory and practice of the SG company as the research object,through the analysis of the system to reveal its capital structure formation,according to find out the problem-analysis problem-to solve the problem for SG company to explore a more reasonable capital structure,the purpose is to make the company’s financing channels become more open,improve SG company’s core competitiveness,realizing the.maximization of the value of the company.In this paper,we study mainly divided into three parts:first,through the analysis of the system of SG company related financial indicators,the SG,the questionnaire survey to relevant personnel and carries on the crosswise comparison with the domestic industry benchmark companies,to find problem in SG company capital structure roots;Second,in the premise of company value maximization goal,using the optimal capital structure static model,to find the optimal capital structure of SG company static "dot",on this basis,according to the company’s internal and external environment and the status of the level of financial leverage to adjust capital structure interval;Finally,considering the internal and external environmental factors affecting the capital structure of the company,the optimal capital structure interval is determined and the countermeasures are put forward.This paper mainly revolves around the SG company’s capital structure optimization problem to study,in the use of domestic and foreign research achievements of the related theory of capital structure on the basis of the combination of SG company current situation of capital structure in the operation of the system analysis,find out problems in capital structure,finally found the asset-liability ratio(57%,64%),the flow ratio(10%,20%)of the optimal capital structure interval,the specific optimization measures are put forward.
