| In the current context of "Internet +",the software and information technology industry plays a vital role in promoting the development of the economy.The development of any industry is inseparable from the support of information technology.As a high-tech industry,the software and information technology industry plays an important role in enhancing the country's soft power and overall national strength.It is in line with the country's strategic development orientation and plays an important role in the country's economic and social development.China's software and information technology service industry started relatively late compared with developed countries in the world,but with the increasing investment in the industry in recent years,its development speed has obviously accelerated,even surpassing some developed countries,from the state.The strategic level has raised the height and importance of the software and information technology services industry.In the report of the 19th National Congress,the "Internet" was mentioned eight times,which fully demonstrated the important role played by the software and information technology industries in national development.The importance of the software and information technology industry determines the need to study the optimization of its capital structure and plays a huge role in the sustained and healthy development of all aspects of the country.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background and research significance of capital structure optimization in software and information technology industry,and expounds the research dynamics of capital structure at home and abroad from several aspects such as the influencing factors of capital structure,and explains the main research contents and application of the paper.The research method proposed the expected innovation of the paper,and then introduced the related concepts of capital structure and related theories.Secondly,the company selects the company's colleges and universities listed in the New Third Board as the research object,briefly introduces the company's basic situation and business status,and then analyzes the recent financial statement data to analyze the changes and current status of the capital structure of Shanda Dareway.And by comparing its financial data in the past five years and longitudinally comparing it with the financial data of the same industry capital structure,find out the main problems of the company's capital structure,and combine the company's actual analysis of the causes.Thirdly,using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,the static optimal asset-liability ratio of Shanda Dareway is calculated by quantitative model.By analyzing the internal and external factors affecting the capital structure of Shanda Dareway,the dynamic optimal capital structure interval of Shanda Dareway is determined.And put forward the path to realize the optimization of the capital structure of Shanda Dareway.Finally,the conclusions and prospects of the research are presented.The innovation of this thesis is to select the enterprises of colleges and universities listed on the GEM as the research object,conform to the development concept of the integration of "production,study and research",promote the integration and innovation of "production,study and research",and promote the national science and technology.The transformation of results is in line with the country's strategic development orientation.Moreover,there is very little research on the capital structure of colleges and universities.The paper analyzes the capital structure of Shanda Dareway,calculates and determines its static optimal capital structure and dynamic optimal capital structure interval,and proposes to maximize its corporate value.The path of optimal capital structure provides important reference for other colleges and universities,and can also provide reference for the study of capital structure of small and medium-sized software and information technology enterprises. |
