Research On ZC Coal Company Technological Innovation Model And Implementation Countermeasure

Enterprise technological innovation model refers to the relatively stable behavior styles and management strategies demonstrated during the process of enterpriseinnovation.Depending on innovative path,technological innovation modelcould be divided into three categories: imitative innovation models,innovative models of cooperation and independent innovation model.Enterprise should analysis its heterogeneity and resource to decide the appropriate technological innovation model.During the construction of technological innovation model,coal enterprise should understand its own characteristics in terms of production processes and resource constraints,and then deploy the appropriate countermeasures based on itsown existing technology innovation capability,the stage of life cycle,and the scale of enterprise.This paper takes ZC coal company as example,from both theoretical and practical aspects,fully discusses the technological innovation model and implementing countermeasures of ZC coal company.This paper starts with the classification of researches on technological innovation model home and broad,on the basis of the definition of technological innovation model,analyses the existing technological innovation models.Then taking ZC coal company as example,this paper clarifies the existing problems of technological innovation of ZC coal company,and from the perspective of evolutionary analysis,constructs ZC coal enterprise technology innovation model.Finally,this paper brings about several implementation strategies of ZC coal enterprise technology innovation model from intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation aspects.
