Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous deepening of economic system reform,China has gradually established a ownership structure with public ownership as the main body and multiple ownership systems coexisting.The private economy has been greatly developed as an important part of the socialist market economy.Private enterprises have made positive contributions to the process of promoting China's economic growth and have become an important force in China's economic development and solving social employment problems.However,because of the natural contradiction between labor and capital of private enterprises and the transformation and upgrading of China's economy,the labor disputes of some private enterprises have become a problem that cannot be ignored.As a private enterprise,the labor disputes of Beijing JW Security Service Co.,Ltd.have always been prominent in the process of operation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to choose the labor disputes of this enterprise as the research object.Based on the analysis of the status quo of labor disputes of Beijing JW Security Service Co.,Ltd.,this paper points out the causes and impacts of the labor disputes of Beijing JW Security Service Co.,Ltd.through interviews and other research methods.On this basis,the specific countermeasures to solve the problem of labor disputes in the enterprise were put forward,and finally the implementation of the countermeasures was discussed.As a referee of labor disputes,it is of theoretical value to judge the labor disputes in the labor disputes from the perspective of the referee.This paper makes a detailed study of the labor disputes in Beijing JW Security Service Co.,Ltd.for the first time,not only having a great significance to the improvement of corporate governance and the establishment of modern enterprise system,the establishment of strategic human resource management concepts,the improvement of human resource management and the establishment of performance-oriented corporate culture,but also having reference value for other enterprises in the industry.At the same time,it also has important reference significance for the relevant government departments to improve relevant labor laws and regulations and implement effective supervision.
