In recent years ey water beverage company in Daqing local water beverage market gradually occupy a higher position,but with the other brands in the Daqing market coverage rate gradually increase,ey pure water market possession rate is declining slowly,the volume of sales growth gradually decline,the rise of other brands threaten ey drinks water company's long-term development.Faced with the fierce market competition environment,ey water beverage company in the production process,brand promotion and new product research and development of continuous innovation,in 2014,it has introduced the domestic first-class 2 bottles,a bottled water production line,production efficiency and automation degree has been rapidly improving,also continue to develop iceberg water,special tea water,beauty water,alkaline water,mineral water and other new drinks water products.However,in the distribution channel management innovation has not been developed by leaps and bounds,at present ey drinks water company's distribution channel management is still very backward and old,followed the inception is still the more traditional distribution channels,mode of operation and management mode,these channels transport for mode and management mode clearly cannot adapt to today's complex and changeable market competition,explore and discover a suitable for the enterprise actual development requirements of channel mode of operation is imperative under the situation.Firstly,based on the modern distribution channel theory,status and mode characteristics of the marketing mix EY drinks water company analysis.Secondly,by collecting operation data of ey drinks water company,using empirical analysis and statistical analysis method analyzes the distribution channels of ey water beverage products from distribution channel member selection,motivation of channel members distribution,distribution channels,present stage ey drinks water distribution channels exist many problems.Again,the distribution channel theory and the existing problems in the management of distribution channel and put forward relevant countermeasures.I hope this research can provide someenlightenment for the future marketing channel optimization of EY drinks water company.
