Company development and employee career development are interdependent andmutually dependent. Satisfied employees contribute to reducing turnover rate and improving job performance, which it can assure the long-term development for the company s. Liao He Oil Field Electric Power company is a state-owned company, which it provides electrical energy for Liao He Oil Field. In the past years, Liao He Oil Field Electric Power company is always committed to break the pot, realize the fair competition, and accomplish the distribution based on performance appraisement. In practice, however, existing long-term problems are difficult to resolve. Additionally, Liao He Oil Field Electric Power company is facing with position transformation, and then choosing an occupation again. It has not known that the situation of job satisfaction is. All of these were problems to be resolved by Liao He Oil Field Electric Power company.Under the guidance of job satisfaction theory, this dissertation aimed to survey the situation of job satisfaction for Liao He Oil Field Electric Power employees by using qualitative and quantitative methods. At first, through the use of literature study, this dissertation knew about the background, firm culture, the situation of human resource management, as well as the components of job satisfaction. based on qualitative research, this dissertation employed questionnaire survey method and statistic analysis techniques to survey the situation of job satisfaction, deeply analyze the quantitative data, and figure out the primary problems in wage and welfare system, train system, performance management,and career promotion system. Finally, on the basis of the practice of Liao He Oil Field Electric Power company, this dissertation proposed suggestions of improving job satisfaction, including pulling rational distribution of wage and welfare, perfecting train system, strengthening performance management, and building rational career promotion system.Through the study on survey the situation of electronic power employee's job satisfaction, this dissertation can help Liao He Oil Field Electric Power company to resolve existed problems, and then provide methods of accomplishing human resource management,and then effectively increase job performance. This dissertation can provide references on how to gain long-term development and competitive advantage.
