With the development of society and economy,if a company wants to have a strong competitive advantage and a stable base of development,which must need to do a good job in human resources management.Along with the progress and development of the society,more and more female go out of the family and join in the society,and participate in social activities equal to male,support "half of the society",they work hard to create a noticeable social and economic value.However,compared with male workers,female workers have their own unique characteristics,which both have advantages and disadvantages.In the face of such a special group,what the companies need to do is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female workers,improve their job satisfaction,stimulate the vitality and creativity,improve the work efficiency,let them create more value for the development of enterprises.This paper take the H electric power supply company as an example,the female workers in the enterprise as the research object,through analyzing the domestic and foreign papers about the employees' job satisfaction,and female workers' job satisfaction,combined with the theory of job satisfaction research and the measurement tools,design research questionnaire based on the in-depth interview,collecting the first hand data of the female workers' job satisfaction through the questionnaire survey,then,through data analysis,discusses the following aspects: first,the present situation of workers' job satisfaction in a company,especially of the female workers' job satisfaction;second,which factors mainly affects the female workers' job satisfaction,and the differences between male and female workers influence factors;thirdly,which factors make the female workers of H electric power supply company more satisfaction and dissatisfaction and the reasons of forming;fourth,according to the analysis results,this paper will gave some strategies to improve the job satisfaction of female workers of the same type enterprises with the example company.Through the investigation and empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: For the female workers,the salary and benefits they obtain from the job,the opportunity of development and promotion,the performance management system of the enterprise and the sense of participation in the management of the enterprise have a significant impact on their job satisfaction.
