And the harmonious development of social economy depends on the financial accounting which provides accurate economic information resources. In today's complex economic environment, the enterprise accounting activities must face the reality problems which are about business ethics. Accounting ethics is to promote the harmonious society, and that is a spiritual power for the economic society. Therefore, the research of accounting ethics in regulating mechanism of employees has very important theoretical and practical significance.In fact, the global business education has paid great importance to economic and technical analysis,but ignores ethics and legal considerations. As time goes, this tendency has penetrated to all aspects of social economy. Paying attention to business ethics education, the introduction of business ethics and accounting professional ethics courses is to correct the tendency. In our country, with the great social and economic development,many illegal events in the enterprises cause many bad influence on social and economic development.So people are paying more and more attention to the research based on enterprise business ethics of corporate governance. Its core is the research of employees based on business.L company's system construction also faces many ethical issues. This paper introduced the main model of ethical decision making. In combination with the method of case study, on the basis of literature review at home and abroad, L company's regulation of employees is studied to in line with business ethics. Finally, around the core of business ethics, "accounting ethics",it explores the radiation effect of how to use accounting groups to standardize enterprise employee rules and regulations gradually.Then we can perfect accounting behavior in enterprises,make an effort to reduce the happening of the crisis events, and promote enterprise's healthy and benign development.
